What do the order statuses mean?
The Status label shows which stage your order has reached.
The status of every order is shown as a label in the Order Forms list and in the Order Details section of the order page. When the status changes, we send you an email titled Order Status Updated.
Statuses
Pending Approval: The order has been sent to you; please choose a payment method and approve it.
Approved: You have approved the order.
Awaiting Payment Confirmation: Your payment is waiting to be checked.
Payment Confirmed: Your payment has been checked and confirmed.
Preparing: Your order is being prepared.
Production Completed: Your products have been made.
Preparing for Shipment: Your order is being prepared for dispatch.
Shipped: Your order is on its way. The carrier and tracking number appear on the order page.
Delivered: Your order has been delivered.
Order Not Received – Held in Warehouse: Delivery was not possible and your order is waiting in the warehouse. Please contact ENKA HOME to arrange a new delivery date.
Rejected, Cancelled, Refunded: The order was rejected, cancelled or refunded.
If an order shows Pending Approval, the process continues as soon as you choose a payment method and approve it.
